The 50x70 cm pillow is the modern standard size for restful, ergonomic sleep. In contrast to the traditional 80x80, it supports the head more precisely and relieves the cervical spine. Why 50x70 instead of 80x80?

Orthopedists and sleep physicians today recommend 50x70 as the ergonomic standard size. The reason: an 80x80 pillow is so large that the shoulders usually rest on it too — this raises the head too high and overextends the cervical spine. With 50x70, only the head rests on the pillow, while the shoulders remain on the mattress. This is the anatomically correct sleeping position.

Which filling for 50x70?

• Down 50x70: Particularly soft and adaptable. Ideal for back sleepers.
• Feathers 50x70: Firmer, more shape-retaining. Good for side sleepers.
• 3-chamber 50x70: Soft down core + firm feather chambers on the outside. The compromise.
• Primaloft Bio 50x70: Hypoallergenic, washable, sustainable.

Washable at 60°C
