Down is particularly light, soft, and provides excellent warmth for its low weight – ideal if you like it cozy and airy. Feathers are slightly firmer and more supportive, making them often the better choice for pillows if you need more support. Many of our products combine both: a higher proportion of down (e.g., 60–90%) means more softness and warmth, while a higher proportion of feathers provides more support. For duvets, we recommend down; for supportive pillows, a down-feather blend.

This depends on your personal temperature sensitivity and the bedroom temperature. A summer duvet is lightly filled and ideal for warm nights, a winter duvet provides strong warmth, and an all-season duvet is a flexible all-rounder for the entire year. If you want perfect regulation year-round, a 4-season solution is useful, where two duvets can be combined to form a warm winter duvet. As a rule of thumb: If you tend to sleep cool, choose one level warmer; if you sweat at night, choose a lighter option.

Yes. Our down and feather products are generally washable at 40–60 °C on a gentle cycle – please always refer to the care label on the product. Use liquid detergent (no powder, no fabric softener) and make sure to fully tumble dry the duvet with a few dryer balls to redistribute the filling evenly and prevent clumping. In everyday use, regular shaking and airing are sufficient to keep the down fresh and fluffy.

Yes. Our bedding is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified and therefore free from harmful substances. The covers are tightly woven, making them suitable for house dust allergy sufferers, and the products can be washed to reduce allergens. In addition, our down comes from responsible sources (Downpass), and production takes place in our own factory in Limburg.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-3 days, and for international deliveries within 4-5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. During periods of high demand for delivery companies, such as Christmas, longer delivery times may occur in individual cases due to the service providers. We ask you to take this into account.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item in this order with the longest delivery time.
