Our 10 cm mattress topper consists of two layers. The underside is divided into large chambers with a baffle approximately 8 cm high and filled with feathers from French free-range ducks. The cuddly soft top layer is quilted into smaller chambers approximately 2 cm high, filled with high-quality 90% down. This significantly improves the comfort of any mattress and ensures a pleasantly soft and cozy sleeping experience. Care: Shake, like Mother Holle

Unfortunately, our mattress topper is too heavy to be washed in the washing machine. The weight of the fully saturated topper would cause significant damage to the machine, especially during the spin cycle.
Feathers and down are easy to care for even without a washing machine . Regularly play "Mother Hulda" and shake the mattress topper thoroughly – without letting feathers fall out, of course. Regular airing is also important. In damp weather, air the mattress topper only in the room by an open window to prevent excessive moisture from penetrating.
You can easily remove stains with a damp cloth and allow it to dry thoroughly.
